The support element is aimed at providing service users with the life skills required to seek their own accommodation and sustain long-term independent tenancy. Eligible service users include young people aged 16+ who are looked after by or leaving the care of the Council, including unaccompanied asylum seekers (UASC) and those in the criminal justice system who cannot return home for bail or remand purposes.
