The Service will be available for all residents requiring the service in RBWM, regardless of gender, sexuality, ethnicity or disability We are gathering expressions of interest to better understand the market, and to enable us to decide how to deliver this Service in the future. The exercise may not result in a tender opportunity being issued, but we would be grateful for your contribution to enable us to deliver this Service.
