## Notice

*The purpose of the analysis of the video/stills is to identify habitats and provide data on the characteristics of the physical habitat and species composition. *Video tows are to be reviewed and sub-divided into separate video section as necessary based on changes in habitat and, within these segments, sub-sectioned into 5m segments with each section to be treated as a separate record. Cefas video and still processing protocol provided *All stills are required to be analysed *Detailed instructions are provided in the Video and Still processing protocol document provided. *A minimum of 10% of the videos and stills should be re-analysed for QA purposes and reported back. *An external QA (10% reanalysis) will be undertaken in advance of data delivery. The contractor shall be responsible for tendering and running a subcontract to facilitate this external QA. The proposed contractor and cost is to be included within this tender. *Data entered in to Marine Recorder after QA (not the 5m sub-segments) *A start-up meeting will be held with the winning contractor within a fortnight of the contract being awarded. *Please be aware of new biotoping guidance issued by JNCC and the NMBAQC Epibiota Remote Monitoring from Digital Imagery: Interpretation Guidelines; both provided THIS IS ONLY A SUMMARY, DOWNLOAD THE FULL TENDER PACKAGE AT https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/7B4S6KV986 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
