The Council are willing to consider offers to cover the requirement as two separate systems or as one combined system. This further competition is therefore split into three (3) Lots. The Council will award to whichever of these options provides the best value for money overall. The Lots are: * Lot 1 - Planning Software * Lot 2 - Environmental and Regulatory Services Software * Lot 3 - Combined Planning, Environmental, Regulatory Services Software.
