Programme has completed a requirements and tender exercise to replace our Housing I.T. Infrastructure of several legacy systems, Northgate (OHMS) and Home connections (Hope) being at the core. The two new systems to replace these are Civica CX and Civica Abritas. A team made up of existing incumbents and some new additions is required to complete the Implementation of Civica CX and Abritas. The required activities are split over several workstreams. It is anticipated that a team of 2 delivery managers, 4 business analysts , 1 system analyst , a data specialist in Cleansing and Migration, a BI developer, trainer, test manager and a systems administrator will be required to undertake the required work.
