## Notice

The Provider will ensure that EHC Plan Writers have appropriate knowledge, skills and training to deliver the contract. EHC Plan Writers will demonstrate impartiality at all times and the Provider will ensure that assigned EHC Plan Writers will have no conflict of interest in individual cases. The SPOC from the Local Authority will liaise with the Provider on a weekly basis to allocate cases, both for new plans to be written following EHC Needs Assessment and Amended EHC Plans following annual review.
