The commission includes: developing a detailed meanwhile proposal and costings for land at Northfleet Station to RIBA stage 2 including cultural, creative and /or participatory activities; assessing potential meanwhile sites and uses across the whole development area and developing an assessment tool which allows EDC to plan for and initiate meanwhile uses on identified sites in the future.
