This tender process is for the design and construction of a development that provides circa 5,300m2 of HE facilities with a mixture of teaching spaces, ICT teaching spaces, skills laboratory spaces, lecture theatre facilities, breakout spaces, library space, meeting spaces, staff offices, food & beverage offering and external car park with associated landscaping. It is anticipated that the contract sum is in the order of PS15-20m and the facility must be operational and teaching by 29th August 2022.
