## Notice

The intention of this work is to provide a complete maintenance and repair call out service for CCTV systems installed within properties under the ownership/control of Durham University. The service contractor shall provide all the necessary plant, labour and materials for the satisfactory execution of this maintenance contract. The service contractor shall carryout 6 monthly maintenance/service work to the CCTV systems/installations within University premises as detailed in the schedule and the specification, and in accordance with the current British Standards and codes of practice. The service contractor shall provide a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year reactive fault call out support service for all CCTV systems/installations within the University premises as detailed in the schedule and the specification, and in accordance with the current British Standards and codes of practice. The University proposes a 2 + 1 + 1 year contract (with an annual review on performance).
