The successful contractor will assume full design liability against the employer's requirements and must be able to provide all relevant management and delivery of associated disciplines The appointed Supplier will be required to work in a collaborative manner to identify approaches that meet the University's needs, and achieve cost savings over the life of the Contract Term. 3.1.
