## Notice

To provide a fully inclusive maintenance service for the city wide alarm (cwa) equipment installed in 30 sheltered housing schemes. See appendix 1 for further details. The cwa maintenance service is to include for all material and labour elements of work (for all work deemed as normal wear and tear to equipment). See appendix 2 for further detail on cwa equipment. The cwa maintenance service is to be provided 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year. The required engineer fault response times are to be as follows: * 4 hour response for any scheme failures or for any major fault that prevents the correct operation of the cwa system on a scheme. * 24 hour response for any individual (isolated) or none system critical faults. * Provision for the escalation of response times as required by the client or the clients authorised representatives.
