It is anticipated that this research will take the form of initial survey design planning, with a full census employee survey undertaken every 6 months: *2020 - Initial survey design planning followed by 2x CITB census employee surveys - results from survey 1 available for end March 2020, results from survey 2 available for end August 2020 *2021 - Dip survey for end March 2021, CITB census survey end August 2021 *2022 - Dip survey for end March 2022, CITB census survey end August 2022 *2023 - Dip survey for end March 2023, CITB census survey end August 2023 *2024 - Dip survey for end March 2024, CITB census survey end August 2024
