Guaranteed 24 hour response time for breakdowns to help ensure continuous production. Call out fee for breakdowns Cost of travel to site Include preferred labour rates for any additional work required. Price reduction on consumables when purchased with the agreement Agreement Duration: 12 Months Priorities in managing this system are: 1. The quality of water produced is critical to our process. 2. It is important that any breakdowns are fixed as quickly as possible. 3. We need breakdown support 24 hours per day / 7 days per week. 4. We need call-out support with 24 hours. 5. We require maximum reliability. 6. We prefer predictable maintenance costs to help with budgeting. Additional information: The standard terms and conditions have been attached for your information, if you are unable to comply with our terms and conditions please do not bid for this contract. MPS standards terms will not be amended for contracts less than PS50,000 in value.
