## Summary

The Wolverhampton City Council, in collaboration with the Wolverhampton Clinical Commissioning Group, is conducting a tender for the "CWC20027 - Emotional Mental Health and Wellbeing Service." This initiative aims to provide support for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate emotional mental health concerns in Wolverhampton, with a minimum target of assisting 1,200 individuals annually. The procurement process is currently active and is in the tender stage, with a closing date for submissions set for 6 November 2020. The anticipated contract commencement date is 1 April 2021, lasting initially for three years, with the possibility of a two-year extension. This service falls under the health and social work services category and will be delivered within the West Midlands region of the United Kingdom through an open procedure procurement method.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to participate, as the service specification emphasises the need for tailored approaches to address various emotional wellbeing challenges among the youth. Businesses capable of offering innovative solutions and demonstrating experience in delivering similar support services will be well-positioned to compete for this contract.
