This will amount to new floor covering, wall finishes and decoration. * Replacement of the existing communal kitchen facilities. * Replacement of the existing communal bathroom facilities. * New communal heating system installed to serve all properties, including a new plant room and associated plant. * Existing windows to all properties will also be replaced. * Installation of mechanical ventilation within the flats. * New communal ambient and emergency lighting within the communal areas.
