An overview of the requirement is as follows: * Procurement and Supply of DIESO MT to Mechanical Transport Fuel Installation (MTFIs). * Procurement and Supply of DIESO MT to exercise areas. * Department's Bulk Fuel Carrying Vehicles (BFCVs) to be filled at Supplier's depot. * Supplier's will be expected to comply with an Departmental exemption from VAT and Mineral Oil Tax. It is currently expected that the estimated annual volume of fuel required will be approximately 612,000 litres.
