In partnership with Advance Northumberland, and aligned to local growth opportunities set out within Northumberland County Councils Economic Strategy, both parties are working together to explore an opportunity to develop a new, sustainable Future of Wind Innovation Centre (FOWIC) to assist industry and the wider supply chain in addressing new challenges in the growing offshore wind sector.
