## Notice

This may either be through their own means or through the hiring of skips. The land is accessible through a large timber gate from Carol Close, Luton, and no highways implications are anticipated. Only minor tools associated with landscaping (eg; chainsaws, timber shredders, pitchforks) are going to be necessary, with a team of approximately three - five personnel.
