Ensure that individual and organisational learning and talent development opportunities are fully exploited in order to enhance organisational capability. Developing requirements by capturing stakeholder needs, assessing, defining and justifying those needs to arrive at an agreed schedule of requirements. Developing solutions by identifying, documenting and analysing the various delivery options and select the optimal solution.
