The purpose of this tender is to ensure that the keystone for all of our Psychosocial Interventions and Psychological Therapies - the bedrock upon which our interactions and interventions sit - is established with greater clarity and assurance across the organisation. This tender opportunity forms part of this transformation process and is aligned to our organisational People Plan - our overarching strategy for workforce development. Our intent is to create a sustainable delivery network to support an initial core training programme for all 4500 of our people, and an ongoing programmed approach.
