Once the trigger level is anticipated by data pulled from a recognised weather meteorological office the contractor will email their plans to a scheduled visit and gritting of named sites for that evening. Note that North Wales Police will have the option to cancel any scheduled visit weekdays; up to 12noon on day of report but will agree to automatically allow entrance to locations on a Saturday or Sunday as access to emails will be limited out of normal office hours. Police Vetting required via Warwickshire vetting service to NPPV Level 1.
