This tender is being conducted for 11 x 0,5 contracts for Northern Ireland only. Partners are to receive free content generated through the service, and suppliers will receive the same content but also employ one or more Local Democracy Reporters in Northern Ireland. The initial contract period is 1 year with provision to extend by up to an additional 12 months.
