Using CHIS, CDDFT will support the pilot study by: * Creating a master spreadsheet of all children in the MapMe process and assigning a unique number to each child (Reception and Year 6 children); * Ensuring the spreadsheet is kept up to date in respect of withdrawal of consent, movement out, death; * Entering all screening data for those children within CHIS; * Creating a mail merge document for each schools' results; * Creating, printing and posting letters and outcome sheets to parents / carers of all children in the study; * Six months into the study sending further letters to 50% of programme participants; * After 12 months identifying children who were in the study and notifying them regarding further measurement; * Recording data for the children re-measured in Year 1 and Year 7.
