ESCC would like to set up a flexible, multi-supplier Approved List, that Children's Services will call-off, either directly or through mini competition. The Service Provider will provide supported accommodation and accommodation-based support for: - Care Leavers, Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) and young homeless aged 16/17 with high support needs; - Care Leavers, UASC and young homeless aged 16/17 with medium support needs; - Care leavers and UASC aged 18-21 with ongoing or enduring Multiple and Complex Needs; - Pregnant Care Leavers and young parents aged 16-21 with medium support needs. The Closing Date is the expected first tranche of evaluations. Applications can be submitted up to the end of the Approved List (currently 21 May 2027).
