The works comprise of fire door installation, the replacement of flat entrance and communal fire doors. In addition, fire stopping works to service penetrations and ducting, ensuring that compartments achieve adequate fire resistance. The initial contract term will be for 2 Years commencing on 3rd March 2025. Estimated contract spend is between PS6,000,000 and PS7,000,000 across the works.
