## Notice

Following the Health and Social Care Act 2012, Health and Wellbeing Boards (HWBs) were first required to produce a PNA by the 1st April 2015. HWBs are required to publish a revised assessment within three years of publication of their first assessment. A PNA requires HWB board-level sign-off and a period of public consultation. An equalities impact assessment must also be undertaken. The next fully completed PNA (including all elements including, but not limited to, content preparation, consultation, equalities impact assessment, HWB review and HWB approval) is due by the end of March 2018. In Hounslow, we require the final HWB approved draft to be completed before February 10th 2016.
