NHS Merton Fulham CCG will act as Contracting Authority and the CCG that enters a contract with the successful bidder. The output from this work will also confirm the ability of services (within the defined service scope) to address any specified requirements contained within NHSEs Five Year Forward View (FYFV). The total contract duration will be based on the delivery of agreed components with completion and submission of two agreed, final reports due no later than 16 March 2018 to the relevant bodies.
