Additionally, the emphasis on compliance with English law and a transparent procurement process indicates a steady engagement with public sector projects, making this a valuable opportunity for eligible suppliers looking to expand their portfolio in the public works sector. ## Notice Homes England is seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for provision of the following works at the Weedon Road compound on a fixed price basis: - Clearance and disposal of all materials from the existing Homes England Weedon Road site to suitably licensed facility, Northampton; - Removal of existing chain link fencing from current compound and disposal to suitably licensed waste facility; - Supply and installation of 1.8m high coated weld mesh fencing at the current compound, along the existing alignment; - Creation of a new compound north of Weedon Road, Northampton to include supply and installation of Palisade fencing and vehicular access gates to access road and Heras fencing to create new compound area; and - Relocation of existing signage stock at the Weedon Road Compound to the new compound. Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via Homes England eTendering system. Suppliers wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through the Homes England eTendering system. If not already registered, Suppliers should register on the Homes England eTendering system at https://procontract.due-north.com/Login All discussions, meetings and communications will be conducted in English. The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP. This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by Homes England and the contract between Homes England and Supplier.
