Additional information: Hospital sites to be covered are: 1. Lanchester Road Hospital Site DH1 5RD. 2. Auckland Park, Bishop Auckland DL14 6AE. 3. Shildon CECU, 26 Middleton Road DL14 1NN. 4. West Lane Hospital, Acklam Middlesbrough TS5 4EE. 5. Flatts Lane Centre and overflow car park TS6 0SZ. 6. Bankfields Court, TS6 0NP. 7. Durham Road, Stockton TS19 OEA. 8. Oakwood, 22 Bell Vue Grove TS4 2PX. 9. 163 Durham Road, Stockton TS19 0EA. 10. 367 Thornaby Road, TS17 8QW. 11. Cross Lane Hospital Scarborough YO12 6DN. 12. Springwood Malton - Clinic to rear of site only YO17 7NG. 13. Aycomb Garth, 2 Oak Rise, York YO24 4LJ. This site list may be subject to change during the term of the contract And in addition, sites not listed above may be included for one off visits dependent upon the requirements of the service. Expressions of interest closes 12 noon on the 18th October 2018, the tender submission date is 12 noon on the 25th October 2018.
