Programme initiation / validation of the cohort goals - Reconnect will introduce the overall Programme plan, and agree on detailed actions to achieve success, including where applicable the foster carer recruitment process. A key end goal is to use the outputs of the children & young people assessments to confirm the overall goals and profile of the Programme which thereafter will be subject to change control Assessment Services - the core of the Validation Services is to validate the assumptions / assessments made about the children in the Programme, by codifying need, and developing per child / young person intervention plans.
