The project aims to identify if there are suitable recruitment and retention strategies that are applicable to individual trust contexts and a sustainable vision for the SAS and TG workforce across all Emergency Departments. Project aims include the development of a training needs analysis for the SAS and TG workforce and toolkit for sharing and implementation of good practice which may support a sustained change within UK emergency departments.
