Many clients receive multiple visits throughout the day. The service operates every day of the year between the hours of 700 and 2200 out of hours support being provided in emergencies. The Home Independence Service is a fast paced and ever adapting to the needs of the service users and their families. As such they require a rostering tool which can plan and triage service users to the most appropriate care worker. The software must also accommodate the workers work patterns traffic weather updates live road and travel updates. This will be an automated system where possible. Buckinghamshire Adult Social Care requires a rostering system that can be used to Schedule and manage care calls Monitor care worker capacity, work patterns and training requirements Create and record client information, notes, contact information etc. so that a care worker can refer to them.
