The successful tenderer will play a crucial role in supporting the University's ambitious international student recruitment efforts. In the preceding year of 2022, our existing service provider effectively engaged with circa 14,000 offer holders. However, considering our vision for growth, we anticipate a substantial increase in this figure over the next five years. Companies whose sole business is as an agent specialising in the referral of international student applications should not submit tenders for consideration. Tenderers will be required to * Provide evidence of experience within the field of international student engagement, conversion, and marketing within the higher education sector in the UK. * Provide evidence of overseas hubs to cater for various time zones around the world. * Provide a suitable implementation plan to swiftly set up operationally to start engaging prospective students due to join the University from September 2024. * Provide a single point of contact to handle queries regarding international recruitment/conversion and administrative matters for the university. * Enhance international conversion rates for various courses/countries at undergraduate and postgraduate level (scope of courses and countries yet to be determined). * Swiftly review and develop plans to complement the university's international UG and PG marketing and recruitment strategies. * Manage inbound enquiries promptly and effectively. * Provide market intelligence on a regular basis to enable the University to quickly respond to changing market conditions and drive competitor advantage. * Support diversification away from high dependency markets. * Demonstrate the ability to drive up the conversion rate of international applicants / offer holders to enrolled students. * Demonstrate how they can support the University in driving efficiencies in international recruitment. Subject to the provisions of the Framework Agreement, the University will place an Agreement for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) years up to a maximum of five (5) years, subject to annual reviews and performance monitoring of the service provided.
