## Summary

Keele University is inviting tenders for the "Framework Agreement Business Bridge (Phase 2) Experts panel," aimed at supporting businesses in the Medical Technologies (MedTech) and Healthcare sector. This tender is part of a below-threshold open procurement process, with submissions due by 19th October 2018. The contract will span from 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2021, with a budget allocation of £120,000 funded partly by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The procurement exercise encompasses five specific areas of expertise, with the potential appointment of up to four service providers for each lot available in the tender documents.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) engaged in consultancy services, particularly those with expertise in business and management consultancy within the MedTech and Healthcare industries. Participating businesses can expand their networks and enhance their capabilities by contributing to this initiative, which aims to bolster the local sector through expert advice and support, potentially leading to further contracts and collaborations during the contract period.

## Notice

Tenders are invited from interested parties for the inclusion in a Framework Agreement for the Business Bridge (Phase 2) Experts Panel. This project will support businesses interested in the Medical Technologies (MedTech) and Healthcare market by providing them with access to market-specific expertise. The Framework Agreement is divided into five lots covering specific areas of expertise and the University envisage appointing up to four Service Providers in each lot, although the University reserves the right to vary this number. Tenderers can bid for one or more lots. Further information on each of the lots is given in the Tender Specification/Scope of Service in Section 2 of the invitation to tender (ITT). The University is conducting a below threshold procurement exercise (ie below the OJEU services threshold) to establish the Framework Agreement for the Business Bridge (Phase 2) Experts Panel.
