## Notice

In scope are internal and public facing services across Defra, providing evidence-based design decisions that deliver value for both the organisation and users. This will enable DDTS to continually meet the ambitions set out in its digital and technology strategy, ensuring that Defra meets government service and accessibility standards and takes a consistent user centred approach to research and design. It will ensure users can easily find, use and understand our services, and reduce duplication of effort, cost and pressure on customer contact centres.
