The platform should be maintained by the supplier to provide a risk-free solution that enables NLB to run its organisation and meet its regulatory and legal requirements. This requirement is to be procured under Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6194, and as such only named suppliers are eligible to compete in this further competition.
