The NIC will be constructed on land owned by DMBC.This project will create the National Innovation Centre (NIC) for Very Light Rail (VLR) research. The NIC and associated external works will spur research, innovation and product design in very light rail,traditional rail, and motor vehicle technology Additional information: This exercise is being conducted in electronic format (e-tender).
