There are no established processes, infrastructure or tools in place for removing data from the production network, whether that is to:- o Warehouse data that is still of use to the university o Archive data that is very infrequently used and that only needs to be kept for legal or regulatory reasons o Delete data, systems and applications that are no longer required for production purposes or for legal and regulatory reasons The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a single Provider contract for the provision of a Data Archiving Solution (Service).
