## Notice

It is envisaged that the procurement will go live at the end of November 2017. This is to give bidders the best opportunity and early access to the questions that we intend to use and give you a head start. Whilst we intend to use these questions, it is vital that all bidders access the ITT document set once available. The reason this is vital is that these questions may change slightly from those published herein. The contract value of the procurement is PS3,692 million. All financial numbers listed on this advert relate to the entire contract duration [2 years] and are not yearly figures. Funding for the FCAMHS service has been secured to 2019/20 financial year, and funding thereafter is subject to national independent evaluation. The new service forms part of a national initiative to develop England-wide specialist child and adolescent mental health services for high risk young people with complex needs and that will be delivered within clearly defined geographical areas at regional and sub-regional level. The service in London will be managed locally by NHS England London's Specialised Commissioning team, in partnership with the London Health and Justice team. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT (RTL089P NHS England Region FCAMHS Future Opportunity Notice) FOR FULL DESCRIPTION. Additional information: At this stage we are not calling for expressions of interest, we are simply sharing the ITT questions that we intend to use and the service specification. It is envisaged that tender will be broken into three lots covering geographically the whole of London. Further detail will be shared in the ITT documentation.
