Reporting format to be agreed upon award but report to include an analysis per town. The contract is for two years with a one-year option to extend It is expected that the budget consultation can be delivered in a three month period (May to July(Survey to go out in early June)) and the resident survey will also be able to be delivered in a three month period (June to August). These quantitative studies will involve large-scale surveys covering several themes and with the residents' survey particularly aligned to LGA Benchmarking resident satisfaction surveys.
