The successful Contractor should have proven experience in delivering pump tracks, compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, relevant and sufficient insurance, financial stability and the necessary machinery. The site is the former Thornley Colliery. An approximate location has been identified. Diagrams and photographs of the site are in the documents.
