The successful tenderer will be required to enter into contract directly with the Employer using the JCT Design & Build Contract 2016 Edition (JCTDB 2016) incorporating 'Amendments to the standard form of contract' included within this tender. The timetable for this procurement has been provided (34 week construction period), although it is not the Employer's intention to amend this the Employer reserves the right to make alterations where these are beyond the Employers control, in such situations all tenderers will be informed at the earliest opportunity. The Contractor is required to review the programme and the scope of works and satisfy themselves that all works can be undertaken within the timescales stated including accounting for lead times for materials.
