## Notice

West Suffolk Council are currently out to tender for the provision of a water systems compliancy specialist contractor to undertake the following duties at property managed by, and within the boundaries of, West Suffolk Council. - Examination and advice on improving current and proposed overarching legislative and best practice management controls / policies. - Legionella risk assessments and reviews - Water hygiene monitoring and controls (Prevention of Legionella). - Shower de-scale / cleaning. - Tap / outlet de-scale / cleaning. - Water sampling and laboratory analysis reporting. - Legionella training and certification of those responsible persons on sites for water services. - Prescribed method cleaning of water systems and chemical disinfection. - Maintenance / upgrade / refurbishment / inspect & report of storage tanks / calorifiers. - Maintenance of on-going site water dosing systems. - Maintenance, monitoring and testing of rainwater recycling plant systems. - Maintenance, monitoring and testing of vehicle wash recycling plant systems. The contract will be for a period of three years commencing on 1 August 2022, with an option to extend for a maximum of a further two years.
