Project Description The contractors will be required to undertake works to bring the vacant properties up to lettable standard to reduce the length of time of the property left empty. It is anticipated that up to five companies will be awarded contracts to deliver these works under a framework agreement. Subsequent to the supplier selection, the award of the contract will be made entirely on quality considerations. The price for the works shall be set by the Council as per the tender documentation.
