National Highways is seeking professional services to support us to deliver the design and development of a stakeholder grants programme for our Users and communities and Environment and Wellbeing Designated Funds. Our aim is to develop a programme that will run for the duration of the Road investment strategy (2020-2025). It is our intention to issue a further tender once this work is completed, to seek a partner to manage and deliver grant administration services required for the grants programme that is developed in phase 1.
