Objectives of Workshop: * To set the context and timeline for the commissioning exercise * To share highlights of the health needs assessment covering the two local authority areas * To outline the key elements of the new service * To seek views on gaps in the service specification * To seek views on how the service specification could best be designed and how it might be improved It would be appropriate for any provider / potential provider to attend to understand the thinking behind theproposed tender and help model how any future tender will be presented.
