The website should provide a means for our customers to see our variety of products and services, allow the Council to promote /market services and facilitate growth in sales. The website should build on brand loyalty for our existing customers to maximise sales growth, and to entice new customers to increase our customer base. To achieve this, the website will be eyecatching, professional, user friendly, attractive and feature at the top of search engines. The website will provide a single point of access for our customers, providing a standard approach to our traded services by providing clear expectations and consistency in delivery.
