The suppliers should be able to satisfy some (or all) technical elements of the programme to inform the MOD's Digital Transformation Programme. They must be able to work alongside the System Integrator and fully integrate with the organisational transformation. This RFI seeks to obtain a range of budgetary estimates for the delivery of this programme and confirm the viability of the options.
