The Academy wish to appoint a single contractor for the provision of cleaning. Prior to commencing formal evaluation, tender Responses will be checked to ensure they are fully compliant with the conditions of tender. Non-compliant tender Responses may be rejected. tender Responses which are deemed by the Academy to be fully compliant will proceed to evaluation. These will be evaluated using selection criteria and weightings. Following evaluation of the tenders the Academy intends to appoint one successful provider. The Academy reserve the right to purchase any services (including those similar to the services covered by this procurement) from any provider outside of this contract. The Academy reserves the right not to conclude any contract as a result of the current procurement process. The charitable company's memorandum and articles of association are the primary governing documents of the academy trust. The purpose of the Academy is to provide education to boys age 11-16. There are currently 660 boys on roll.
