Examples of specific tasks for the CEO (not in any particular order) are: * Review the existing business ambitions. * Raise investment to overcome immediate cash-flow challenge on the existing Innovate UK Award (PS150k). * Raise investment to fund general business administration, new staff and a move to a suitable incubator. * Liaise with existing customer contacts to prioritise deal flow and convert interest into sales contracts. * Formulate a sustainable Business Plan for expansion to an off-campus facility. * Manage sales contracts and customer contacts. It is anticipated that Intogral will deliver new software solutions and consultancy for clients interested in improving image processing capability for existing products. Health related products are a field of particular interest.
